Yo-ho me hearties!!
This is the practice for our participation game for Wappinshaw (Glasgow) on the 14th. All ships, figures and terrain are being provided by out glorious leader Dale, rules are something that I dug up on the web, we really want a few people trying it out so that we can see, how it plays, how many people it'll handle at once etc.

Six Mil Sci-Fi
Just what it says, Epic scale sci-fi, buckets of tanks, APCs, off board artillery, air-strikes, nukes, chemical weapons etc, etc. The rules and other stuff can be found on the downloads page. Its going to be a smallish game so 1 or 2 players only, first come first served.

A 28mm extravaganza
No real details apart from these. Dave Imrie, Phil Olley, Dale, Steve and Bob will be putting on a 28mm Seven Years war "large game". Umpired by Phil and comprising Austrians and Frogs V's Prussians and Brits. And thankfully it will be Phil's rules - and NOT General de Brigade.

This is one for a few weeks from now, I still have about 200 infantry and a dozen vehicles to paint up for it.
This is a scaled down version of a battle that actually took place in February 1945 between elements of the Canadian 2nd division and a kamphgroup drawn from the Panzer Lehr. Should be fun as its got a few unusual features to the game, the very first totally enclosed and armoured APCs and rolling barrages. Who said "Our artillery shells will blot out the sun!"?? "Zen ve vill haf to fight in der shade!" would be the obvious reply.
